Over the past few years, the Softball world has slowly been changing to more of a "baseball" swing. With fields shorter than baseballs, girls are hitting the ball harder and farther than before. In Dickinson, I work with players from Santa Fe, Friendswood and other high schools. Some of my softball players travel as far as an hour to work with me. You can see some of the lessons in the videos below. I do focus on going through the ball and driving the hips through the ball. Keeping the bat through the zone for an extended time, helps ensure a solid hit! Come see for yourself!
